§ 03Compliance

Trading transparently, and within the law.

Our compliance framework governs how we onboard partners, authenticate B-grade stock, handle personal data and screen every shipment.

§ 03·01

Know Your Customer

Every partner is verified against corporate registers, tax authorities and, where applicable, international sanctions lists prior to account activation.

§ 03·02

Authentication protocol

Every intake is inspected against a fixed defect chart. Batch codes, cap seals, cellophane condition and label registration are recorded. Any lot failing authentication is quarantined and reported to the relevant brand-protection contacts where possible.

§ 03·03

Privacy

Personal data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Data subjects may exercise access, rectification, portability and erasure rights through the trade portal.

§ 03·04

Wholesale terms

Website use is governed by our standard Terms of Use. Trade purchases are executed under our Wholesale Terms of Sale, issued upon account activation.

§ 03·05

Export compliance

All shipments are screened against applicable EU dual-use, sanctions and destination-country restrictions. Restricted destinations are excluded from our service map.

§ 03·06

Document storage

Verification documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled European infrastructure and retained only for the period required by applicable law.

The information on this page describes internal policies and does not constitute legal advice. The controlling text of any Aurelle policy — Privacy, Terms of Use and Wholesale Terms of Sale — is issued to verified partners on account activation.
