A simple, lawful redistribution model: authentic factory production that missed the retail cosmetic bar, sold by the pallet to the trade.
Factory releases B-grade lot
The licensed factory fills and seals the fragrance, then rejects the outer packaging (faint print, dented boxes, low-ink codes). The full pallet is released as B-stock surplus.
Aurelle grades on arrival
Each pallet is photographed, unwrapped sample-by-sample and graded B1 – B6 against our fixed defect chart. Batch codes are cross-checked against the factory's own registers.
Listed on the weekly rotation
Approved partners receive the pallet sheet every Monday: reference, house, defect grade, price per 100 units and per pallet, origin, availability.
Full-pallet dispatch
Orders are picked, re-scanned, sealed under bonded seal and dispatched under EXW, FCA or DAP. Full paper trail travels with the freight.
Juice is factory-original
Every bottle is filled, capped and sealed on the manufacturer's line. We do not touch, decant or repackage the fragrance itself.
Only cosmetic defects
All defects are limited to the outer presentation. The bottle, spray mechanism and juice pass factory QC unchanged.
Full-pallet minimum
We do not split pallets. New partners typically start at one full pallet per reference; mixed lots on request.
Distributors only
Sold exclusively to KYC-verified retailers, distributors and duty-free operators. We never sell to end consumers under any circumstances.
Within the exhaustion doctrine.
Under the trademark exhaustion doctrine recognised in the European Economic Area, genuine goods placed on the market by or with the consent of the rights-holder — including authentic B-grade factory surplus — may lawfully circulate between professional buyers. Aurelle operates strictly within that framework and does not export goods into jurisdictions where such resale would be prohibited.
